Lorraine’s immersion in music of the 60s as a teen was ultimately her inspiration for the forming of The Problematics. Forty years later, she has amassed experience performing and recording with rhythm and blues, and bluegrass bands in New York. She has shared the stage with James Brown, Hall & Oates and Buckwheat Zydeco with the Philadelphia Zydeco-Cajun band, Alligator Zydeco. In addition to formal academic training in the dramatic arts, she intertwined music with an arts-related professional career path that included acting, voiceovers, entertainment agent, art gallery management and theatre production. Her musical tastes cover the spectrum from Del McCoury to Dusty Springfield. When not traveling, she can be found enjoying the beauty of local beaches on most days when gale force winds are not in the forecast.
